These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RingToLead website and service operated by RingToLead ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

RingToLead provides an automated missed call lead capture service for trades businesses. When a call to your business goes unanswered, our system automatically sends a text message to the caller, captures their service request through an AI-powered conversation, and delivers the lead details to you via SMS and/or email.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our service. By signing up, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your service will pause unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your call forwarding will need to be redirected by you.

Our service sends automated text messages on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our service complies with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any applicable state or local regulations regarding automated messaging.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, delays, or failures beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

RingToLead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on ringtolead.com is owned by RingToLead. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our service without written permission.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RingToLead operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
